PhotoPlay Studios  Digital Image/ SMS / Photo Delivery Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and requesting that photos or digital files be sent to you, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from PhotoPlay Studios containing the digital photos or files you requested from our photo booth or event photography service.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one or a small number of messages containing your photos after each session or request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the phone number.
• Consent is not a condition of receiving your photos or any other service (if applicable).

When you request that we send digital photos or files to your phone via SMS/MMS:

• We collect your mobile phone number and any other information you voluntarily provide (such as your name) solely for the purpose of delivering the requested digital files and maintaining a record of your consent.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• We use this information only to send the photos/files you requested and to process any opt-out requests.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.
